The Planet Life
Conducted in-depth user research to uncover insights and shape The Planet Life’s direction.
From research to concepts
Using key learnings around The Planet Life’s vision, early ideas and competitor landscape, I developed three distinct concepts to explore different directions for the platform. Each concept provided a tangible starting point for research, allowing ideas to be tested directly with potential users
Understanding the audience
I conducted research interviews with eight individuals from a range of backgrounds, exploring their relationship with climate change and the actions they take. Each participant was introduced to the concepts, generating valuable feedback on what resonated, what didn’t and where opportunities existed.
Turning feedback into insights
Throughout each interview, detailed notes captured recurring behaviours, opinions and responses to the concepts. I synthesised these findings into clear themes and key insights, creating an accessible presentation that allowed the team to quickly understand the research and use it to guide decision-making.
Shaping the company direction
The research helped identify behavioural archetypes and key moments within people’s climate journeys. These findings were brought together into a research report covering user experiences, key insights and opportunity areas. Providing a foundation for defining the direction and priorities of the minimum viable product.
