Big Tom
Transforming Big Tom’s refreshed brand identity into a flexible PowerPoint presentation system.
Creating a new visual language
Big Tom approached me to create a flexible PowerPoint template that reflected their refreshed brand identity. The brief was to translate the new visual style into a presentation system that felt distinctly Big Tom while remaining practical, consistent and adaptable across a range of content.
Evaluating the current approach
I reviewed Big Tom’s existing presentations to understand what worked and where improvements could be made. Existing assets such as logos, icons and graphic elements need to be adapted to work alongside the updated identity, creating a more cohesive and flexible presentation system.
Mixing the old with the new
By combining Big Tom’s existing presentation requirements with its refreshed visual style, I developed a range of slide concepts and layouts. These explored different ways of presenting content while maintaining brand consistency, giving the client a variety of options to review and provide feedback on.
Designed for everyday use
Following client feedback, I refined the chosen designs into a practical PowerPoint template. Each layout was designed to be simple to edit and flexible enough for different content, allowing Big Tom’s wider team to create consistent, on-brand presentations without needing specialist design knowledge.
