Hoya & Seiko
Leading the redesign of exhibition stands through bespoke elements and interactive experiences.
Designing around the brief
Both brands needed exhibition spaces that balanced product display with customer engagement. The brief called for distinct product zones, semi-private meeting areas and interactive experiences designed to capture leads. The Hoya stand also needed to reflect the visual language of their newly refurbished office.
Bringing products into focus
Large-format screens were combined with clearly defined product areas to give each brand a strong visual presence. The layout created dedicated spaces for different products while keeping messaging clear and accessible, helping visitors understand each offering as they moved naturally through the stand.
From concept to construction
I developed detailed production packs covering the full stand builds alongside individual breakdowns for each bespoke unit. Every element was designed with manufacture and installation in mind, translating the creative concept into practical solutions that could be accurately produced and assembled on site.
Creating meaningful interactions
A semi-open layout encouraged visitors to move freely through the space while maintaining clear areas for products, meetings and interaction. Interactive experiences helped attract passing visitors and encouraged participation, transforming the stands from traditional displays into engaging environments that supported meaningful conversations and lead generation.
